For the sake of God why don’t these people just meet downstairs? Door Dash should make it mandatory to meet out front. Any thoughts?

First people would just switch services if Dashers stopped going to the apartment door.

Even if somehow all services agreed this was a good idea, people would miss their notifications and not be there on time etc.

Then, if it was agreed to leave the food and deliveries in a designated area, not all buildings and tenants are the same, and some places would experience a lot of theft.

As much as I like the idea, I’d say it’s a no-go.
