Can someone explain to me how to approach St. Jean Baptiste? I’m a bit confused, as far as I understand there is a parade, a rehearsal and a concert at night. It says that the rehearsal can be attended by the public, does this mean the concert is not? The rehearsal and the parade happen at the same time, what is best to see? What kind of things will I see in the parade?

I guess the answer I’m seeking is: imagine you have a friend coming for St. Jean who is up for an all day and night out, what would you recommend?
