That is exactly like this tv ad for the nuclear energy company Areva. This ad was also shown in english, it was all over CNN and CNBC for about a year.
That’s because the were produced by the same design agency, H5 (sorry, couldn’t find link). I suppose Areva approached them asking for a similar visual solution.
