The guys I’ve been working with charge around $85 for a design and $35-40 per inner page. I’m willing to pay a bit more but not double that, which is what I’ve been finding via google.

I’ve tried http://psdslicer.com/ myself, it was ham. However, don’t expect extensible mark-up. I had shadows over even-sized photos. They were placed in the css (+1) but they would not scale if I changed photo size (-1). Shadows were also saved as diethered gifs, took me 5 minutes to replace.

Measures were right to the pixel.

All in all, very satisfied with the price and quality.
