Yep, you’re right. It’s common kinda common sense not to have sexual relationships with someone under 18 if the age gap is too wide (somewhere around 5+ years), as this clause could get you into big shit.
I guess that’s the reason, they don’t want 30 somethings stalking 12 year olds.

How is it wrong, you just confirmed what the map shows. The age of consent is 12. If you copulate “even without violence” someone under 12, you are commiting a crime. Its only a crime to bone 12-18 year olds if you are tricking her into doing it.
